Every journey is designed with a precise intention.

What We Create

Journeys that unite your teams. That leave a mark on your clients.

01

Incentives & Travel Experiences

Reward journeys for sales teams, distributors, strategic partners. Recognition. Celebration. Relationship building.

We compose balanced programs. One highlight per day. Free time. Shared experiences that create common memories. Destinations vary. The intention remains the same: reward with precision.

02

Corporate Retreats

Journeys combining work sessions and team reconnection. Strategy. Cohesion. Disconnection from daily routine.

We select venues enabling concentration and inspiration. Isolated Alentejo wine estate. Private Lisbon palace with acoustically perfect salons. Accommodation integrated into Comporta's dunes where pace naturally slows. Space conditions the quality of exchanges.

03

Executive Offsites

Strategic seminars for executive committees, boards, partners. Confidentiality. Concentration. Inspiring setting.

We favor privatizable spaces. Isolated quinta accessible by dirt roads. Palace whose salons open only by invitation. Wine estate perched above the Douro. Geography creates discretion. Setting facilitates important decisions.

How We Work

Every project meets the same exacting standard.

No catalogue. No pre-set formats. Each project starts from an objective, then takes shape around the places, partners and experiences that fit it.

1

Discovery Call

30–45 minutes

You present the context: group type, size, target dates, journey objectives, specific constraints, indicative budget. We ask questions to understand what truly matters. This conversation determines whether we're the right partner for your project.

2

Proposal

Approximately 7–10 business days

We compose a detailed program: destinations, accommodations, day-by-day experiences, logistics, line-by-line budget. No generic descriptions. Specific venues. Identified partners. Alternatives for each key element.

3

Adjustments

2–3 iterations

You react. We adjust. We refine accommodations, modify rhythm, replace an experience, revise the budget. This back-and-forth typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. We confirm when the proposal exactly matches your expectations.

4

Confirmation & Production

From contracting to the day of the event

You confirm. We contractualize and proceed with firm bookings of all elements. We enter production phase: site reconnaissance if needed, creation of detailed runbooks (minute-by-minute timing, all partner contacts, Plan B for each sequence), briefing of all stakeholders.

5

Execution

On-site presence

We are physically present throughout the journey. Real-time coordination. Managing the unexpected. Single point of contact for you and your group. At journey's end, you receive a complete recap: photos, field feedback, learnings, recommendations for future programs.

Execution Standards

Zero surprise between what is validated and what is delivered.

Site reconnaissance

Systematic for any new venue or partner. We propose nothing we haven't personally tested.

Detailed runbooks

Delivered before the journey. Minute-by-minute timing. Direct contacts for all stakeholders. Contingency plans for adverse weather, delays, group unforeseen circumstances.

Physical presence

Throughout the journey. Single point of contact. No coordination outsourcing. Permanent availability throughout the program.

Proactive communication

You're informed in real-time of any necessary adjustment. No surprises.

Budget transparency

Line-by-line budgets from the first proposal. What you validate is what you pay.

48-hour response

A qualified answer to any brief within forty-eight hours.

Recommended Lead Times

Anticipation is your best asset for accessing the finest venues.

Ideal — 6 to 9 months between first contact and journey dates. For large-scale projects during high season (April–June, September–October), we recommend 12 months' notice. Premium properties and privatizable venues book far in advance.

Possible — 3 to 4 months for smaller projects outside high season. Below this, options reduce significantly and execution quality may be compromised.

If you have fixed dates (board meeting, annual commercial event), contact us as early as possible.
